Tara Winters

Tara Winters is a forward-thinking healthcare and education professional committed to driving impactful change in aging services and community well-being. As a doctoral student in Educational Leadership at Trevecca Nazarene University, Tara combines her academic research with over a decade of hands-on experience in elder care and healthcare administration to pioneer innovative, human-centered solutions.

Currently serving as a Care Manager at Senior Helpers in Franklin, Tennessee, she designs and coordinates individualized care plans that prioritize quality of life, dignity, and holistic support for seniors. With an MBA from Geneva College and a strong foundation in project coordination, communication, and strategic planning, Tara is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between healthcare delivery and leadership education.

Tara is also a skilled graphic designer and freelance creative, using visual storytelling to enhance communication and education efforts. Her leadership philosophy centers on empathy, emotional intelligence, and continuous learning—values she embraces through her CliftonStrengths profile and leadership development at Trevecca.

A dedicated volunteer, she leads prayer initiatives with Hope4America and serves as a church liaison for Pregnancy Centers of Middle Tennessee. Tara is passionate about empowering others through mentorship, wellness-centered leadership, and advocacy for vulnerable populations. Her ultimate mission is to shape compassionate, effective systems that support both individuals and communities across the lifespan.
