Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to having a growth mindset and taking initiative in every stage of my career. The rapid promotions and opportunities I’ve earned are a direct result of my drive to succeed and my willingness to keep learning and growing. My parents played a major role in shaping this mindset, always encouraging me to push forward and never settle for less than my best.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have received is to stand up for yourself. Especially as a woman in business, I’ve learned that it’s okay to ask for more, be confident, and speak up for what you want in your career. This advice has empowered me to contribute new ideas and advocate for myself in every professional setting.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women in the industry to focus constantly on learning, especially staying updated on new trends in this space. Continual learning is important overall, but it’s especially valuable to stay informed and ahead when it comes to technology. Being well-informed gives you a strong foundation to innovate and lead confidently.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in the industry right now is navigating the push and pull around AI. While I personally use AI tools, the challenge lies in finding the right balance—how much to rely on AI without losing the essential human aspect that makes our work authentic and meaningful.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I always believe in bringing kindness and understanding, especially when we’re not working face to face. To me, it’s more important to leave a legacy of kindness than to focus solely on industry accomplishments. Treating others with respect and empathy is at the core of both my personal and professional values.
