Dr. Juliann Dupuis

Dr. Juliann Dupuis serves as the Dean of the School of Education at Notre Dame of Maryland University. With a longstanding commitment to advancing educator preparation, she brings years of experience in academic leadership, faculty development, and STEM education. Prior to becoming Dean, she served as Associate Dean of Faculty and Operations, where she played a pivotal role in curriculum innovation and the growth of inclusive teaching practices.
Holding a Ph.D. in Science Education, Dr. Dupuis began her academic career as an instructor and researcher, focusing on effective science pedagogy and student-centered learning. Her diverse background includes roles in educational assessment and outreach, where she honed her expertise in instructional design, quality assurance, and experiential education.
As Dean, Dr. Dupuis is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, her dedication to faculty mentorship, and her vision for preparing educators to meet the evolving needs of diverse learners.
