Elvie Garcia is the compassionate founder and owner of West Hill Home Care LLC and Elvie’s Traveling Angels LLC, both dedicated to delivering personalized, heartfelt care to seniors and individuals in need throughout Kent, Washington. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Our Lady of Fatima University and a lifelong calling as a caregiver, Elvie’s journey began with a deep desire to uplift others—one family at a time. An immigrant from the Philippines, she brings warmth, empathy, and cultural richness to her work, creating an assisted living environment where residents feel seen, heard, and truly at home.

At West Hill Home, Elvie leads with love and integrity, ensuring that each resident receives care grounded in dignity and respect. From seniors with dementia to younger adults with disabilities, she and her team provide daily support in a family-style setting that nurtures emotional, physical, and social well-being. Elvie manages day-to-day operations, supervises caregivers, coordinates care plans, and supports families through life’s transitions—all with a personal touch that reflects her mission: to make caregiving a deeply human, empowering experience.
